1. Xiao Long Bao & Black Har Gow

The Xiao Long Bao (7,500 KRW / 4pcs) offers rich, hot savory meat broth bursting in your mouth upon the first bite. The Black Har Gow (9,500 KRW / 3pcs) features a glossy black squid ink skin stuffed with plump, juicy whole shrimp.

2. Crunchy Shrimp Dim Sum

The new Crunchy Shrimp Dim Sum (10,900 KRW / 3pcs) is wrapped in ultra-thin Kataifi threads, delivering an addictive crispy crunch with savory cheese and juicy shrimp inside.

3. Ziran Deep-Fried Cuttlefish (Must-Try!)

Our favorite dish of the day was the Ziran Deep-fried Cuttlefish (22,000 KRW). Tender, thick cuttlefish fried to golden perfection and seasoned with aromatic cumin and mild chili spices—perfect when paired with fresh cilantro!

4. Clear Beef Noodle Soup (Knife-cut Noodle option)

We opted for Clear Beef Noodle Soup (15,400 KRW) with the +2,500 KRW upgrade for Knife-cut noodles (Dao Xiao Mian). The thick, chewy ribbons absorb the deeply comforting beef broth wonderfully.
